Usually, our dresses are made to order basis. It takes approx. 3-4 weeks for making. By default, if not otherwise indicated, please expect to receive the handmade dress in 4-5 weeks. BUT sometimes we may have it pre made and ready to ship the next day. If you need the item in rush, please contact us to check availability.
We ship ALL our items via USPS first class domestic mail which takes an average of 3-5 days for delivery. You will receive a tracking number in a separate email once your order has shipped.
Sometimes, we will have some of our dresses pre made, and you may add the additional postage costs for expedite shipment. Please message us before you place an order.
Returns and Exchanges
We are committed to offer you a safe and pleasant shopping experience. Don’t worry if something goes wrong, we are here to help. All our products come with a 30 day refund guarantee policy. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with any product delivered to you, you may, within 30 days of item purchased, return the unused product in its original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit, with all tags and stickers still attached to us for a full refund of the purchase price of the product.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
If you need to exchange, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 7622 Lassiter Hollow Ln, Richmond, TX 77407, USA, attached a note indicating your invoice no. and items you would need to exchange to.
To return your product, please mail your product to: 7622 Lassiter Hollow Ln, Richmond, TX 77407, USA.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
